If your game shouldn't connect and gets stuck on the loading screen, please try the following:

• Try switching to a different connection type (from WiFi to Mobile or vice versa)
• Restart your device or switch your internet connection on and off.
It might also be possible that the game server experiences a temporary downtime due to maintenance or updates. In this case, please try connecting to the game again at a later point.
