Sometimes it is possible that deliveries from iTunes or Google Play get delayed or the purchased product might not be delivered to the player’s account due to errors.
In these situations, we recommend our players to wait for at least 24 hours since the purchase has been made, as such delays or errors can take up to 24 hours until they are processed by the system.
Additionally, during the 24 hour waiting period, we highly recommend not to carry out the same purchase again, as doing so might cause further delays or errors. Since your previous order is still being processed, adding another order will most likely charge your account multiple times.
We recommend restarting the game app and checking if the order has added the purchased products to your account, as sometimes a restart can refresh the connection to the server.
If you still haven’t received the purchased products after 24 hours, please contact the support and provide a copy of your purchase receipt.
